A private 'hands on' full day cookery class for couples or friends in the same bubble. A midweek cookery class for two peole of the same bubble held in a Dorset farmhouse kitchen. Immediately feel at home in the farmhouse and unwind from your journey with a tray of freshly ground coffee and shortbread, warm from the AGA. Next roll up your sleeves and put your aprons on for a day of baking in a Dorset country kitchen. LOCATION: All Hallows Farmhouse Wimborne St Giles Dorset BH21 5NJ DURATION: Arrive at 10.00 am to begin your cookery class. A light vegetarian lunch will be served at 1.30pm and the class will draw to a close at 4.30pm WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The experience includes a personal cookery class for two people of the same bubble. You will enjoy an introduction to baking using fresh yeast as well as making traditional Irish soda bread, fatless sponges, biscuits and pastry. All ingredients and refreshments, aprons and everything else that you will need for your cookery class will be provided. A recipe file including cookery hints and tips will be available for you to take away. Please wear flat, comfortable shoes for your cookery class. Locally sourced ingredients and eggs from our Light Sussex hens. VOUCHER DELIVERY.
