One day charcuterie course, led by The Real Cure's award-winning Charcutier James Smart, where you'll learn the skills needed to make your own charcuterie. You'll learn the key principles of making cured whole muscle products such as coppa ham, cured and smoked fish, bacon, salami and chorizo. You will leave with several tried and tested recipes so you can continue your new found skills at home. You'll also take home your very own cured bacon and we'll send your chorizo to you in the post 6 weeks later. There are some fantastic places to stay and eat in the area including The Beckford Arms, The Fontmell and The Grosvenor Arms in Shaftesbury - come and make a weekend of it! The day begins at 10am with coffee and Real Cure bacon rolls and includes a lunch of charcuterie, local cheeses and antipasti, ending at around 4.30pm.
