Baking is a precise and methodical art but once mastered will bring you many rewards From introduction to bread making classes to seasonal baking with Eric Lanlard there is sure to be a class for every aspiring baker or pastry chef. Cook alongside your chef for the day as you learn the tips and techniques to take your home made bakes to the next level. A light meal will be served along with a glass of wine to keep that stamina up and you will be sure to go home laden with goods. LOCATION: All classes are held at the Divertimenti Cookery School - 227 - 229 Brompton Road, London, SW3 2EP. the closest tube stations are South Kensington and Knightsbridge. DURATION: Classes during the day are 3 1/2 hours in length or 3 hours in the evening. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: These classes are only open to 18+ but please do contact us should you wish to book for a younger participant and we can see what we can do. Please wear comfortable flat shoes and have the ability to tie your hair up and back. All equipment and utensils will be provided. There will be a maximum of 9 students in participation.
