Handcrafted from the finest quality solid Indian sheesham hardwood (also known as golden rosewood), the intricate Alban pieces are delicate yet powerful in stature and come weighted and with felted base for secure balance. Available in a king height of 3.75" - recommended for use on our range of 19 x 19" chess boards (sold separately). Also included is a solid pine Storage Box for Chessmen which, with hinged lid and green felt lining, is ideal for safe keeping.
