This is the art of Aerial Silks. Learn how to perform stunts and tricks. A great gift for the sister that likes to hang around! You don't have to be super fit to have a go at aerial silks - we've taught 'acrobats in training' from 14 to 75 learning to fly! Take a friend in the options. Have you gasped at the trapeze artists, marvelled at the high wire, and sat spellbound while acrobats performed spinning routines from on high? Now this could all be you. We will give you skills to climb, create figures, wrap, drop, twist and turn while dangling from lengths of gorgeous red silks. This class is huge fun and a great workout. You will be discovering talents and the odd muscle that you never knew you had. Expect abs of steel and a core of iron - and your ankles will be shapely enough to give those Laboutin's a run for their money. The class is for beginners, and you will be learning the basic moves. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW This is a class for adults from 16+. Wear comfortable gym kit. There are a maximum of 18 people in a class. Each voucher entitles one person to attend the experience. LOCATION: New venue! Peckham, London DURATION: 90 minutes. The class takes place on a Tuesday evening. There are two classes a month to choose from.
