This gift box is perfect for that special couple celebrating their Engagement, Wedding, Anniversary or just celebrating their committment to each other. Our native breed steaks are produced on British farms with high welfare and health standards and are completely traceable. Aged and expertly butchered, our steaks are shipped frozen and will need to be refrigerated upon arrival. We have sourced boutique wines from small, independent vineyards to match the lush flavours of our steaks. Just add seasoning, a dash of oil, and accompaniements and voila, the Perfect Night In. Our gift boxes are available in several variations depending on the preferred steak cut and wine choice. Wine descriptions: Sirloin Red: Domaine Petit Romaine Grands Reserve 2010 AOP (14% Vol.) is a 50% blend of Syrah and Grenache grapes - this jammy red fruit wine has aromas of cinnamon and finishes on notes of vanilla and pepper. Sirloin White: Calvisson Chardonnay 2012 IGP (13.5% Vol.) is a full fruit wine made from Chardonnay grapes with whtie flower notes and a touch of citrus. Ribeye Red: Domaine Savary de Beauregard Petite Cour Rouge IGP (13% Vol) is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache producing a complex deep red with a fine bouquet. It has rich flavours with a hint of oak. Ribeye White: Colli Ripani Rupe Bianco Falerio DOC (12.5% Vol) is a blend of Passerina, Trebbiano and Pecorino grapes. The wine has a delicate fragrance and the taste, although dry, has a rich, fruity flavour with a hint of lemon juice on the finish. Fillet Red: Chateau Leon, Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux 2011 (12.5% Vol) is a delicious young claret that is full of soft red fruit with good balance and length. Fillet White: Domaine Savary de Beauregard Picpoul de Pinet 2011 AOC (12.5% Vol) is made from only Picpoul grapes and has a lovely golden colour, an impressive flowery bouquet and the taste of apples and pears.
