4x4 Driving Experience at Silverstone

Driving Experience Days: Off Road Experience Days: Learn to handle a 4x4 during this half hour off-road driving experience at Silverstone. Benefit from one-to-one coaching and professional guidance, as you negotiate difficult terrain and challenging off road obstacles. On arrival at the venue, you’ll be met by your instructor. After a five-minute safety briefing, you’ll get behind the wheel and fasten your full safety harness, before sticking it in low gear and selecting four-wheel drive! A two-minute drive will bring you to the first of five challenge areas. Here, you’ll climb steep inclines (the only view is the sky!) and traverse a fifty-metre sideways tilt. The rest of the course features a sea saw, deep troughs, slopes, a water-filled ‘bomb hole’ and even more rugged terrain! Luckily, your instructor will be on hand to offer advice throughout, so that when the session concludes, you’ll leave a more confident, competent off-road driver!
